This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling subscriptions and requesting refunds for services provided by ElevateScale Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") through the ClawSeven platform ("the Service").
By subscribing to our Service, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Model
ClawSeven operates on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Billing is processed through Razorpay, our secure payment gateway. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through the account settings in your dashboard. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
3.2 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the Service during this period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your AI agent instances will be terminated at the end of the billing period
- You may reactivate your subscription at any time by resubscribing
3.3 No Partial Cancellation
We do not offer partial cancellations or refunds for unused portions of your subscription period. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of that cycle, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 General Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any subscription payments, including but not limited to:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Partial month usage
- Unused service periods
- Downgrades or plan changes
- Accidental subscriptions
4.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Erroneous Charges: If you were charged in error (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts), we will investigate and refund the erroneous amount.
- Legal Requirements: Refunds required by applicable law will be honored.
4.3 No Refunds for User Issues
Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by:
- User error or misuse of the Service
- Incompatibility with third-party services
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with AI model performance
- Failure to configure AI agents correctly
- Internet connectivity or device issues on the user's end
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails (due to expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or terminated. You are responsible for updating your payment information to ensure uninterrupted service.
6. Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades
If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan:
- Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- No refunds are provided for downgrades mid-cycle
7. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account immediately
- Report fraudulent chargeback activity to relevant authorities
- Pursue legal action to recover disputed amounts and associated fees

9. Changes to This Policy
