1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawSeven ("the Service"), operated by ElevateScale Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawSeven is a platform for deploying autonomous AI agents to messaging channels including Telegram, WhatsApp, and Discord. Users can select AI models, configure settings, and deploy AI instances through our dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

ClawSeven operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees using your selected payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes to your subscription will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass others
  • Deploy AI agents for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Data Storage

Your data, including AI agent configurations and Telegram bot tokens, is stored on secure servers hosted by Fly.io. By using the Service, you consent to this data storage arrangement. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ElevateScale Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
